When you arrive, take some time to relax in the hammock chairs while you unwind as you look over the woods below. Since we are 8min away from i71, and 5min from the 275 loop, all of Cincinnati is within close reach! (Kings Island= 15min, Downtown Cincinnati= 26min) *You WILL hear life happening from above on the upper level (*our two-year-old typically wakes up around 7am*) since this unit is attached to our home *You must walk down a stone step path in order to access your unit

INSIDE This 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit is located on the lower floor of our home (you will have your own seperate entrance/exit) and can sleep 6 comfortably. The master has a king-sized bed. The stylish living room features a huge sectional couch that can easily sleep 2 people, along with a twin day bed & another twin trundle underneath. The kitchen/bar is fully stocked with everything BESIDES an oven (but we do have a microwave, gas grill, instant pot + air fryer, and of course we provide the coffee!). You will also enjoy the use of our 55" TV, Roku Device, and a xbox 360, and of course, WIFI internet. Ready to kick back and do some reading? We have a cozy reading nook waiting! OUTSIDE You will love our hanging hammock chairs, and spending time in nature!

Do NOT book this unit if you smell of, or want to use marijuana (it gets in the HVAC unit and disrupts others in the other unit who have allergic reactions). We must have a conversation before instant booking, if you have anything less than 5 star reviews. Dogs Allowed, but MUST be agreed upon beforehand. (cats not allowed). Please contact us for additional pet rules if you plan to bring a pet. Guest agrees to pay $300 fee for smoking anywhere on the property, including the outside areas No unauthorized guests are permitted. If the guests aren't listed on your reservation you must get permission from us before they are permitted to be on property. An additional charge of $10/ person / day will be charged for guests staying OVERNIGHT in accordance to our pricing listed on Airbnb. If you have an unauthorized gathering this will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. **Multiple cameras at the entrance of property** Please note that we only have parking for available for 3 vehicles onsite. DO NOT block access to the garage. -no makeup on sheets/towels. If they are ruined, charges will incur -Please note that in emergency situations we may need to access the breaker box and/or utility closet that is in the unit. By booking, you give us permission to access these necessities in an emergency situation. -No local guests. Local guests will have their booking canceled immediately. Loveland is known throughout Cincinnati for the opportunities to canoe down the Little Miami River, and also known for the bike path & cute downtown area! Fifteen miles north of bustling Cincinnati, Loveland is a destination with a beautiful backdrop. The Little Miami Scenic Trail is a local highlight, and the city’s 16 parks add to Loveland’s green vibe. Canoe down the Little Miami River, departing from the livery at Loveland Canoe & Kayak. Loveland has a myriad of cuisines to choose from, too: both Ramseys & Tanos has ROOFTOP BARS, while Paxtons and Kirby’s (2min drive away) are long time favorites. Narrow Path Brewery is also a local favorite located right along the Loveland Bike Trail.

This unit has its own seperate entrance/exit and is completely blocked off from our unit above. The only shared space is if you need to use the washer/dryer--- in that case we will give you access to our mud room.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Cody war herzlich, kommunikativ und hat den gesamten Ablauf von Anfang bis Ende sehr reibungslos gestaltet. Cody was welcoming, communicative, and made the experience very smooth from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier absolut geliebt! Die Lage ist nah an der Stadt, aber dennoch privat und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Einfacher Check-in, großartige Kommunikation vom Gastgeber. Alles wurde klar erklärt und er hat jede meiner Nachrichten schnell beantwortet. Die gesamte Unterkunft war blitzsauber und einfach gemütlich – viele Decken und kuschelige Ecken. Das mit Vorhängen abgetrennte Tagesbett war ein Spaß für mein Kind und ich habe das bequeme und riesige Hauptbett genossen. Das Badezimmer war wunderschön ausgestattet und der Wasserdruck ein Traum. Die kleine Küche war clever eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ich wünschte, wir wären noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben, um im Bücherbuch auf der Treppe zu sitzen und mehr in den Hängematten auf der Veranda zu entspannen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is close to the city but still private and the view is gorgeous. Easy check in, great communication from the host. Everything was clearly explained and he was quick to answer any message I sent. The entire unit was sparkling clean and just cozy-lots of blankets and cuddly spots. The curtained off daybed was fun for my child and I enjoyed the comfy and giant master bed. Bathroom was beautifully outfitted and water pressure was a dream. Kitchen nook was smartly outfitted and had everything we could need. Wish we had stayed extra days to sit in the book book on the stairs and relax more on the porch hammocks. Will definitely be back!

Super clean, super nice- everything you need including bathroom toiletries. Kitchen is stocked with appliances to cook whatever you need. Living space is awesome with a huge couch and tv. And the bedroom is more than spacious with a huge bed As the listing says, you do hear life above you from the main floor so be aware that you’ll hear a lot of movement mostly from the hosts’ small child running around or getting fussy. Also the path down to the entrance is a bit uneven so may be worrisome for anyone with mobility issues. As long as you’re aware of and okay with those disclaimers the stay is a 5/5 and I would recommend
