C'est la quatrième année consécutive que j'amène un groupe séjourner dans cet AirBNB. C'est toujours aussi agréable et propre que la première fois où nous sommes venus, il y a quatre hivers. La communication est excellente pour tout ce qui concerne l'arrivée et le départ. Ils fournissent tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Je recommande à 100 % pour les groupes qui souhaitent explorer Cincinnati. This is my 4th year in a row bringing a group to stay at this AirBNB. It is just as great and clean as the first time we stayed four winters ago. Great communication on everything that is needed to check in and out. They provide everything you need. 100% would recommend for groups who are looking to explore Cincinnati.

L'endroit était génial : il correspondait exactement aux photos ; il était spacieux, ouvert et à quelques pâtés de maisons à pied de plusieurs restaurants, et très propre. Nous avons adoré le tourne-disque (j'avais presque tous ces albums dans ma jeunesse). The place was great: it matched the photos exactly; it was open spacious and within a few blocks walking distance to multiple restaurants and very clean. We loved the record player (I had nearly every album in my youth).

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour ici ! L’emplacement est proche de la ville tout en restant privé, et la vue est magnifique. L’enregistrement a été facile, et la communication avec l’hôte était excellente. Tout était clairement expliqué et il répondait rapidement à chacun de mes messages. L’ensemble du logement était d’une propreté éclatante et très chaleureux – beaucoup de couvertures et de coins douillets. Le lit de jour séparé par un rideau a beaucoup plu à mon enfant et j’ai adoré le grand lit principal, très confortable. La salle de bain était magnifiquement aménagée et la pression de l’eau était un vrai bonheur. Le coin cuisine était intelligemment équipé et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. J’aurais aimé rester quelques jours de plus pour m’installer dans le coin lecture sur les escaliers et profiter davantage des hamacs sur la terrasse. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is close to the city but still private and the view is gorgeous. Easy check in, great communication from the host. Everything was clearly explained and he was quick to answer any message I sent. The entire unit was sparkling clean and just cozy-lots of blankets and cuddly spots. The curtained off daybed was fun for my child and I enjoyed the comfy and giant master bed. Bathroom was beautifully outfitted and water pressure was a dream. Kitchen nook was smartly outfitted and had everything we could need. Wish we had stayed extra days to sit in the book book on the stairs and relax more on the porch hammocks. Will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec Preferred Guest Services ! Ils ont été réactifs, faciles à contacter et d'excellents hôtes dans l'ensemble. Je recommanderais sans hésiter de séjourner chez eux ! We had a great stay weekend stay with Preferred Guest Services! They were responsive, easy to work with, and great hosts all around. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb à Cincinnati ! La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe de 11 personnes venues pour le match des Bengals — il y avait beaucoup d’espace pour que chacun puisse dormir confortablement, se détendre et passer du temps ensemble. L’endroit était impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement ne pouvait pas être mieux — accès facile au stade, aux restaurants et à tout le centre-ville. La communication avec l’hôte était rapide et sympathique, et l’enregistrement s’est fait sans problème. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour tout grand groupe se rendant à Cincy, surtout si vous allez voir un match des Bengals ! 🏈🙌 We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! The house was perfect for our group of 11 visiting for the Bengals game — plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, relax, and hang out together. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — easy access to the stadium, restaurants, and everything downtown. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for any large group heading to Cincy, especially if you’re catching a Bengals game! 🏈🙌

C'était un très bon Air BnB. Nous avons eu un petit souci pour entrer car la porte est ancienne, mais l'hôte a répondu très rapidement et nous a aidés immédiatement. Les lits étaient confortables et on s'y sentait vraiment comme chez soi. This was a very great Air BnB. We had a minor issue getting into the door bc it’s older and the host was very quick to respond and helped us immediately. The beds were comfy and it felt very much like home.

Notre famille a été ravie de notre séjour dans cet Airbnb ! L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Mt Adams est un quartier charmant et les restaurants ainsi que les lieux de divertissement sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. La maison dispose d'un stationnement dans la rue et nous n'avons eu aucun problème à garer nos deux véhicules à proximité ou juste devant. La maison a été construite dans les années 1800 mais présente des lignes épurées et les équipements d'une maison bien rénovée. Elle est décorée avec de magnifiques œuvres d'art originales d'artistes locaux. Mon mari a profité de la très grande télévision dans le salon, et j'ai apprécié la cuisine et tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour organiser un petit événement à l'occasion d'un mariage familial. Mes enfants adultes étaient ravis que chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision et de plusieurs stations de recharge. Il y a une climatisation puissante, de nombreuses couvertures, serviettes et du linge de qualité. Les plafonds sont voûtés et le mobilier vintage est superbe. Les hôtes étaient attentionnés, réactifs et aimables. Probablement la meilleure expérience que j'ai eue avec un hôte. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! Our family was thrilled with our stay at this Air bnb! The location is outstanding. Mt Adams is a charming neighborhood and the restaurants and entertainment were within short walking distance. The home has street parking and we had no problem parking both of our vehicles close by or right in front. The home was built in the 1800s but has the clean lines and amenities of a well renovated home. The house is decorated with beautiful original art from local artists. My husband enjoyed the very large screen TV in the den, and I appreciated the kitchen and everything I needed to cater a small event for a family wedding. My adult kids were thrilled that every bedroom had a TV and multiple charging stations. It has powerful air conditioning, tons of blankets, towels, and quality linens. It has vaulted ceilings and great vintage furniture. The hosts were intentional, responsive and kind. Probably the best experience I have had with a host. We can’t wait to return!

Le Hummingbird Hideaway était un excellent séjour ! On se sent privé grâce à l'entrée boisée. Cody a été très ouvert, direct et précis dans toutes ses communications. L'endroit était très confortable, propre et pratique pour accéder aux attractions locales, avec un processus d'arrivée et de départ autonome très fluide. Je louerais certainement à nouveau. Merci. The hummingbird hideaway was a great stay! Feels private with a wooded entry way. Cody was very open, direct and correct with all of his communications. The place was very comfortable, clean and convenient to local attractions as well as smooth check in/checkout self-serve process. I would certainly rent again. Thank you.

Le séjour était excellent et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Super propre, super agréable – tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris des articles de toilette dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils pour cuisiner tout ce que vous souhaitez. L'espace de vie est génial avec un grand canapé et une télévision. Et la chambre est plus que spacieuse avec un grand lit. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, on entend la vie au-dessus depuis l'étage principal, donc sachez que vous entendrez beaucoup de mouvements, principalement de la part du jeune enfant des hôtes qui court ou qui est grognon. De plus, le chemin menant à l'entrée est un peu irrégulier, ce qui peut inquiéter les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Tant que vous êtes conscient de ces points et que cela ne vous dérange pas, le séjour mérite un 5/5 et je le recommande. The stay was great and exactly as expected from the listing. Super clean, super nice- everything you need including bathroom toiletries. Kitchen is stocked with appliances to cook whatever you need. Living space is awesome with a huge couch and tv. And the bedroom is more than spacious with a huge bed As the listing says, you do hear life above you from the main floor so be aware that you’ll hear a lot of movement mostly from the hosts’ small child running around or getting fussy. Also the path down to the entrance is a bit uneven so may be worrisome for anyone with mobility issues. As long as you’re aware of and okay with those disclaimers the stay is a 5/5 and I would recommend
