Parking: Street parking only. While there is usually parking available for a several cars we can’t guarantee parking. If you aren’t able to find parking in front of the house you may need to park a couple blocks away. NOTE: The property driveway is too narrow so to protect your property and ours we don’t allow guest use.
NO PARTIES: You may only have the number of people on property as you have registered in the Airbnb reservation. Any additional guest will cost $25 per day and must receive approval in the Airbnb app before arrival. No local guests without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal from the property by law enforcement, loss of the full reservation cost and deposit.
