Parking: Can accommodate up to 2-3 cars only, free street parking first come first serve. NO PARTIES: You may only have the number of people on property as you have registered in the Airbnb reservation. Any additional guest over 6 will cost $25 per day and must receive approval in the Airbnb app before arrival. No local guests without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal from the property by law enforcement, loss of the full reservation cost and deposit.
