About

Access to Two units in one! Centrally located in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati, you can get anywhere quickly. Downtown is 10 minutes away with easy access to I-71. Attractions like the Kenwood mall, Kings Island, Great American Ballpark, the Duke Energy Center are within reach. Perfect for families or small groups up to 16 people. This unit is setup exclusively as an Airbnb so no dealing with other people’s stuff.

Good to know

This is setup a two units. Each units has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One is located on the first floor and the other on the second floor of a duplex. Combined you can sleep 16 people comfortably. The master of each unit has a king sized bed while the secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed along with a extra long twin with twin trundle. The stylish living rooms features two euro-sleeper sofas that easily folds down into comfortable beds. The kitchens are both fully stocked and you will have use of our 55" smart TVs, XBOX One, Wii, and wireless internet in both units.

Other Details to Note

No unauthorized guests are permitted. If the guests aren't listed on your reservation you MUST GET PERMISSION via Airbnb message before they are permitted to be on property. A penalty of $100 per person will be assessed if you have an unauthorized guest. An unauthirzed gather will also result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. An additional charge of $25/ person / day over 8 guests will be charged in accordance to our pricing listed on Airbnb. Please note that the property is really only able to accommodate 4 cars parked on property and there is no on street parking. If you need to bring more than 4 cars, please contact us in advance for options. Dogs allowed but must be agreed beforehand. A $50 pet fee will be added to the final bill. Please contact us for additional pet rules if you plan to bring a dog. Cats are not permitted due to personal allergies. NO LOCAL GUESTS. Local Guest will have their booking canceled immediately. You are also so close to great dining at both chains (Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's Little Italy, Red Robin, Outback, Panera, Graeter's and of coarse Skyline Chili) and great local gems (Trio, Carlo & Johnny, Sleepy Bee, Delhi Palace, and Dewey’s Pizza). Situated near Madeira, Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park, you will have the best of Cincinnati easily within reach. Our place is located is a quaint neighborhood of mostly single family homes. While our home is a duplex, you wouldn't be able to tell that from the road.

Guest access

You will receive a code to grant you access to the building. Since you are renting both units, you will have the entire property to yourself.

Find us

While there is a bus stop right around the corner and we are close enough to walk to Kenwood Towne Centre, this area is best experienced with a car. Onsite parking is available for up to four cars during your stay. If additional parking is needed, please message us and we will try to find ways to accommodate.
