NO PARTIES: You may only have the number of people on property as you have registered in the Airbnb reservation. No local guests without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal from the property by law enforcement, loss of the full reservation cost and deposit.
NO SMOKING: Please don’t smoke inside the house or on the property. There will be $500 cleaning fee assessed if smoking is detected. If you need to smoke, please smoke in front sidewalk away from the house. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Any butts found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Our family was thrilled with our stay at this Air bnb!
The location is outstanding. Mt Adams is a charming neighborhood and the restaurants and entertainment were within short walking distance. The home has street parking and we had no problem parking both of our vehicles close by or right in front.
The home was built in the 1800s but has the clean lines and amenities of a well renovated home. The house is decorated with beautiful original art from local artists.
My husband enjoyed the very large screen TV in the den, and I appreciated the kitchen and everything I needed to cater a small event for a family wedding. My adult kids were thrilled that every bedroom had a TV and multiple charging stations. It has powerful air conditioning, tons of blankets, towels, and quality linens. It has vaulted ceilings and great vintage furniture.
The hosts were intentional, responsive and kind. Probably the best experience I have had with a host. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay at this Airbnb! The communication was incredible, the location was great. Great area to walk and visit a favorite local coffee shop and restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb.
