Parking: No on site parking and street parking may require you to park down the block. NO PARTIES: You may only have the number of people on property as you have registered in the Airbnb reservation. Any additional guest will cost $25 per day and must receive approval in the Airbnb app before arrival. No local guests without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal from the property by law enforcement, loss of the full reservation cost and deposit. NO SMOKING: Please don’t smoke inside the house or on the property. There will be $500 cleaning fee assessed if smoking is detected. If you need to smoke, please smoke in front sidewalk away from the house. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Any butts found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
