Perfect for business travelers, couples, families or small groups up to 8 people. This unit is setup exclusively as an Airbnb so no dealing with other people’s stuff.

Good to know

This 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment is located on the first floor of a duplex and can sleep 8 comfortably. The master has a king sized bed while the secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed along with a twin & twin trundle. The stylish living room features two comfy couches for sleeping. You will have use of our 55" TV, Roku Device, Cable (hellooo sports channels!!), and Nintendo Wii, along with wireless internet.

Other Details to Note

No unauthorized guests are permitted. If the guests aren't listed on your reservation you MUST GET PERMISSION via Airbnb message before they are permitted to be on property. A penalty of $100 per person will be assessed if you have an unauthorized guest. An unauthorized gathering will also result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. An additional charge of $10/ person / day over 4 guests will be charged in accordance to our pricing listed on Airbnb. Please note that the property is really only able to accommodate 4 cars parked on property and there is no on street parking. If you need to bring more than 4 cars, please contact us in advance for options. Dogs allowed but must be agreed beforehand. A $50 pet fee will be added to the final bill. Please contact us for additional pet rules if you plan to bring a dog. Cats are not permitted due to personal allergies. NO LOCAL GUESTS. Local Guest will have their booking canceled immediately. Quiet hours 9pm - 8am No smoking or vaping of any kind will be permitted (inside or out). Specifically, if we detect the smell of marijuana (even on clothing, or coming from your vehicle) your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund. No questions asked. Do NOT book this unit if you smell of, or want to use marijuana (it gets in the HVAC unit and disrupts others in the other unit who have allergic reactions). There will also be a $500 cleaning fee assessed if smoking is detected. No unauthorized guests are permitted. If the guests aren't listed on your reservation you must get permission from us before they are permitted to be on property. An additional charge of $10/ person / day will be charged in accordance to our pricing listed on Airbnb. If you have an unauthorized gathering this will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. Please note that while we can accommodate up to 8 guests, we only have parking for available for 2 vehicles onsite. If you bring more than 2 cars, you will need to use street parking located several blocks away or park at the local mall and shuttle over. DO NOT park near the front of the house. There are two parking spots at the back of the driveway, they are marked by a sign that says "parking for lower level unit number one". You can also chose to park one vehicle in the garage if you desire, you will find the garage remote in the house. Dogs Allowed, but MUST be agreed upon beforehand. You are also so close to great dining at both chains (Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's Little Italy, Red Robin, Outback, Panera, Graeter's and of coarse Skyline Chili) and great local gems (Trio, Carlo & Johnny, Sleepy Bee, Delhi Palace, and Dewey’s Pizza). Situated near Madeira, Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park, you will have the best of Cincinnati easily within reach. Our place is located is a quaint neighborhood of mostly single family homes. While our home is a duplex, you wouldn't be able to tell that from the road.

This place was absolutely beautiful minutes away from everything food on top of food 5 to 10 minutes away. I've never seen deer this close, but they were amazing. They did not bother you any little noise. They took off running one by one location was very quiet my rating for this location will be a 10 out of 10 there is only one tv in living room with lots of shows to watch host has a game if you have kids which they would enjoy (Wii) but it was definitely a nice stay highly recommend this location to anybody. We loved the location in a nice quiet neighborhood . Definitely a home away from home visit. Comfy beds and pillows, hot shower and luxurious towels, plenty of toiletries provided. Kitchen was very adequately supplied with equipment to prepare all of our meals. Hosts checked in often to make sure everything was okay. Thanks! We will visit again!

Find us

While there is a bus stop right around the corner and we are close enough to walk to Kenwood Towne Centre, this area is best experienced with a car. Onsite parking is available for up to two cars during your stay. If additional parking is needed, please message us and we will try to find ways to accommodate.
