NOTICE: This house is in an urban neighborhood that has a mixture of race and socioeconomic individuals and families. If that makes you uncomfortable this is not the place for you. Parking: Street parking only. While there is usually parking available for a couple cars we can’t guarantee parking. If you aren’t able to find parking in front of the house you may need to park a couple blocks away. NO PARTIES: You may only have the number of people on property as you have registered in the Airbnb reservation. Any additional guest over 8 will cost $25 per day and must receive approval in the Airbnb app before arrival. No local guests without prior approval. Any unauthorized gathering will result in automatic eviction and loss of security deposit.
