Wonderful use of space. I want them to decorate my home. From the moment you walk inside, it is a place that feels welcoming and comfortable. My kids immediately curled up on the couch. The instructions for the space were incredibly clear. The house rules seemed a little intense to me, but after asking about the item I was unclear about, I got a fast response to provide clarity. I mention this to encourage potential guests not to feel put off by the house rules, just ask about them. This is the first time we have stayed in an airbnb that was attached to someone else's home (to my knowledge) but it seemed to work out well. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear footsteps and the dog, but other than having to explain to my kids they couldn't go in the main house to play with the dog, it was cool. We didn't spend a lot of time at the airbnb since we were in town for an event, but it would have been nice to hang out on the porch, it was a very peaceful space.

This house was perfect for our group! We each had our own space but also were able to gather in the main room and all be together! The location was great for us as well. Close to some good restaurants and GREAT ice cream spots! The house was very clean and so cute. The neighborhood definitely made us feel like we were safe. So glad we chose this house!

We enjoyed staying at this location, it was so quiet and peaceful! Cody was so friendly and even invited us to check in early. We truly enjoyed the hammock swings and the wooded setting in the evenings! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and really decorated cute! Would stay again!

The house was so beautiful inside!! We came down with 8 of our coaches for an event and we had MORE than enough sleeping room. The back yard was beautiful, new kitchen, nice living room. Had a question and they got back to me right away! Would def recommend

I can’t say enough about this AirBNB. It was an incredible find, and we would 1000% return. It is the cutest place and well decorated - better than our house IMO. From the Uno cards, to the Junie B Jones books (my daughter actually found a book series she enjoys now so this is a huge win!), to the shower products (our hair was so soft), to the comfortable beds, to the cute spaces and all the little added touches - we loved it. It really felt like home, and you can tell they have poured their hearts into this. While we have nothing to complain or speak negatively about, here are a few tips - if you’re sleeping in the main bedroom, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper (or can use the noise machine they have). The water softener is in the closet and decided to refill loudly at 0300 (not their fault, it has to go somewhere). The airBNB runs cold, but they have plenty of heaters and blankets. We stayed comfortable, happy, and truly had a great stay. You won’t regret it. Thanks, Cody!

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed! Lots of space, and the water pressure in the shower is SO AMAZING! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼Cody was extremely responsive, even when a storm rolled through and the house lost power. Cody offered us flashlights and kept us updated as to the timeframe of when the power expected to be restored. Thank you!

The home was exactly the right size for our group, located near our tournament facility, Kings Island and great restaurants. The home was clean, our host responded and communicated throughout our stay and it was perfect for our quick trip. Highly recommend!

This house was everything we needed it to be and everything we expected. It was perfect for our group. The few times we wanted to communicate with our hosts, they responded quickly and kindly. I recommend this home and owners to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute and comfortable space.
This space is a basement apartment and the owners live in the adjacent residence. Due to that there is noise. The owner is upfront about this in their AirBnB add, but it is worth noting. Also, due to it being a basement apartment their is no control over the temperature. We were actually uncomfortably cold and had to turn on the provided space heaters to make the temperature tolerable.
Overall though it was a great space and we enjoyed our stay.

Hummingbird Hideaway is exactly as described and more! It's very clean and well-appointed with friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable there. They have thought of everything and have exceptional well-written and clear communication. 5 stars for our 10-day stay!
