We stayed at Cody’s place while attending the Cincinnati Open, and it was a perfect base, about 15 minutes from the tournament. The home was easy to find, comfortable, and late-night self check-in after midnight was seamless. Cody’s instructions were spot-on. The space has thoughtful details you don’t always see: there’s an extra day bed in the main area, and discreet curtains can turn it into a private little room when needed. The AC worked great, and while we didn’t have time to sit outside, the view down the ravine is peaceful. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and we were within about 5 miles of a Tesla Supercharger, which made departure-day charging simple. As the listing notes, the home has an early-bird rhythm around 7 a.m. We’re morning people when traveling, so it suited us. We’d happily stay here again. Cody was responsive, everything matched the listing, and the location made our tennis weekend easy.

The home was welcoming, relaxing, and very clean. My family of ten found the ample rooms very accommodating and the beds quite comfortable…even the toddlers slept well. The two full baths enabled quick clean up at the end of each day. The neighborhood was well kept with a nice park within walking distance. We would stay there again.

I can honestly say, this place is the best place we have ever stayed at out of town! Not only is the location great! The place is spacious, has plenty of things to do! Even extra blankets and pillows! The day-to-day essentials, from something as simple as salt and pepper to coffee, creamer and even sugar! I was very impressed with the porch set up, and the bonfire set up in the back yard! I didn't get to use it, the wood got wet. But that didn't stop the us from enjoying our time. I will be back for sure- but making the trip longer to fully enjoy not only the surrounding activities, but the space and all it has to offer.

Great stay at this Airbnb! The communication was incredible, the location was great. Great area to walk and visit a favorite local coffee shop and restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We love staying here! This is our second time, me and my boys love this house and the area. We also love going to the whippy dip, we go every night we stay. The host is always kind and responsive!

Host - Responsive and flexible for our late departure needs Location - Close to major highways, restuarants and Kings Island Property - Appears to have been recently renovated; everything apears to be new from the paint, carpet and furnishings. Pictures are acurate of what the rooms look like, but seem to be more spacious than the pictures show. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glass/flatware and pots/pans/cooking utensils. Would we return? - Most definately the next time we need to be in the Cincy area

Wonderful use of space. I want them to decorate my home. From the moment you walk inside, it is a place that feels welcoming and comfortable. My kids immediately curled up on the couch. The instructions for the space were incredibly clear. The house rules seemed a little intense to me, but after asking about the item I was unclear about, I got a fast response to provide clarity. I mention this to encourage potential guests not to feel put off by the house rules, just ask about them. This is the first time we have stayed in an airbnb that was attached to someone else's home (to my knowledge) but it seemed to work out well. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear footsteps and the dog, but other than having to explain to my kids they couldn't go in the main house to play with the dog, it was cool. We didn't spend a lot of time at the airbnb since we were in town for an event, but it would have been nice to hang out on the porch, it was a very peaceful space.
